Talent #1

The following movie is Maisey showing me one of her many talents. I would also like to note that this comes from my Dad who gave it to me, and I bestowed it upon Maisey. I couldn't be prouder.

Notice how once again she so seriously says "CHEESE"

Hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

Cruisin'

Maisey has a new pose that I just find hilarious. When we go out cruising in the car and she gets really relaxed this is how she'll sit. Yes, I know it's not very lady like but she looks so dang cute!
Once again her unbeatable smile
I love how chunky she looks.

It's Been a Long Time

It's been awhile since I have actually blogged, so here's the latest...

Jason and I are moving from our first home together to take on the Florida!

Maisey wanting to get the heck out of that duck she had had enough!
Loved the flying dragon. I told her to hold on to the handle and not let go, and she didn't.
Loved the ferris wheel, she kept saying sky, ride.
Thinking I'd break her in early on adventure with the caterpillar roller coaster....
guess it wasn't a good idea. Overall she loved the Labor Day celebration!
First time with curlers in her hair. This is her new smile.
For awhile there she was obsessed with pulling out my undies and putting them all on at once. Once again her awesome smile!

She loves climbing!
After naps I would find Maisey upstairs in her bed screaming. I think what would happen is she would try to slide out of her bed, but instead would get stuck. It was actually quite sad cause she would tense up and wouldn't let me help her out. I know it seems like I'm a terrible mom, but I couldn't help but get a picture.

Where in the world are the Preeces?

Hello fans of the Preece family! This is Janey's guest blogger, Meghan (her sister-in-law). Since I've currently exhausted all topics on my own blog, and I've accumulated quite a few pictures of the Preeces, I'm here to post some pictures. They're just too good-looking and Maisey is just too cute not to show them off. I hope you enjoy!

Her first taste of sweet baby back ribs

Labor Day--Payson Onion Days Parade

Maisey makes some pretty darn funny facesAnd last but not least, the newest edition to their family: Jasper, the maltese/shih tzu

Super Duper Summer

This summer has been Super Duper! We've been so busy I haven't even had time to think about blogging. Also, Jason and I had a fright that we lost our camera and video camera. Luckily they were found in the van that we rented from NY, and shipped back to us. PHEW!

Thanks to Grandma Jason and I got some relief every now and again.

We've also happened to make our way down to St. George, and Idaho where Jason competed in the spudman triathlon. I thought he did wonderful even if he doesn't think he did. Overall I must say that Maisey has been a trooper throughout all of our travels. Airplanes, taxis, subways, 3hr+ car rides, sleeping in cars. We honestly couldn't ask for a better girl.

Thirty, Flirty, and Thriving

Today my husband turned a whopping Thirty! Are you wondering if you heard me right? That's right, THIRTY... 30. I couldn't sleep last night when I thought about another 30 years down the road. I may as well be preordering him a walking stick, dentures and heck throw in some depends while your at it..While thirty may sound old his heart is very young. I just wanted to wish him a Happy Happy Birthday! So I decided I would sing him a song.
Happy Happy birthday honey dear!
Happy days will come to you all year!
If I had a wish that wish would be
A Happy Happy birthday to you from me.

M is for Maisey

The last couple days I've been thinking about how grateful I am to have this beautiful girl and to be able to watch her every growing move, thanks to my husband who makes this possible. Being a mom is well worth it, here's why.
I LOVE.....
1. How we get to take afternoon naps together and my arm goes numb 2. When she gets excited, and the feeling of her little legs kicking me
3. Having pretend conversations
4. Taking baths together

5. Watching her stretch after a good feeding
6. Listening to the little noises she makes
7. Squeezing a smile out of her
8. Having a drool spot on my shoulder
9. Night feedings when the world is quiet, and it's just me and her
10. Watching her sleep
Goodnight!
